Daniel is an accomplished Senior Contracts and Procurement Professional with extensive experience across diverse sectors in the construction industry.
His career spans high-profile international projects across Europe, where he has played a pivotal role in managing complex procurements and multi-million-pound contracts.
Daniel has held leadership roles on major infrastructure programmes, including the Heathrow Expansion Programme, HS2, and the Stegra.com EPC project in Sweden – providing structured commercial leadership, contract strategy, and dispute resolution on some of the sector’s most demanding projects.
His journey began as a graduate at the American EPC giant, Fluor, and he has since contributed his expertise to pharmaceutical megaprojects across Europe as a Senior Contracts Professional.
Known for his collaborative approach to problem-solving and his calm, structured leadership style, Daniel brings a blend of strategic thinking, personality, and charm to every project.
He is a passionate advocate for the net zero agenda and LGBTQ+ inclusivity in construction, driving positive change both within Ginjo and across the wider industry.

Rishi plays a key role in Ginjo’s growth by building strategic partnerships with subcontractors, opening doors to new opportunities, and driving business development initiatives that benefit both our clients and trusted network.
Rishi is a highly driven, solutions-focused leader with nearly 25 years of experience bridging construction operations and technology. At Ginjo, he leads operations, strategy, and digital transformation – ensuring commercial services are delivered with clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
Having previously owned and grown an LU fire protection and general building subcontracting company to £3.8 million turnover, Rishi understands first-hand the risks of late payments and commercial pressures. That experience fuels his passion for protecting clients from similar challenges by implementing robust processes that safeguard value and control.
Known for his approachable style and relentless drive to get things done, Rishi combines his passion for computing with practical construction leadership. He helps clients streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve decision-making using tools like SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Away from work, Rishi is an avid sportsman, footballer, and current opening batsman for Ealing CC and the prestigious MCC, bringing the same passion and discipline from the pitch into every project.
Known for his calm, structured approach, Adersh is the go-to person when complex contractual issues or disputes arise. He has a gift for translating dense legal clauses into commercially sound strategies that protect clients’ interests without fuelling conflict.
As Associate Director at Ginjo, Adersh leads end-to-end commercial management – from procurement planning and contract negotiation to risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and delivery oversight. He brings a sharp eye for risk and a steady hand in high-pressure environments.
With extensive experience across the UAE and UK, Adersh has led commercial delivery on major infrastructure projects, including EPC and EPCM frameworks for Network Rail and HS2. He currently plays a key role on a landmark Green Hydrogen manufacturing plant in Sweden, representing an EPCM consultancy and collaborating closely with a global American engineering firm.
His international exposure includes acting as an expert witness in a UK adjudication and participating in arbitration proceedings in Dubai – a testament to his deep understanding of contractual dynamics in high-stakes environments.
Adersh combines legal precision with real-world practicality, ensuring projects stay on track while contractual risks are well managed. He’s also passionate about building high-performing commercial teams and fostering stakeholder collaboration across diverse cultures.
Outside of work, Adersh is a club-level cricketer in Surrey and also enjoys football and badminton. Whether he’s facing a fast bowler or navigating a tricky claim, he brings the same calm focus and team-first mindset to everything he does.
Karen is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager with over 20 years of experience across high-profile commercial, residential, education, and infrastructure projects. A Chartered Member of the RICS, Karen brings deep commercial expertise, hands-on delivery leadership, and a reputation for calm, structured management of complex projects.

Her career began on landmark schemes like 30 St Mary’s Axe (“the Gherkin”) in London and has since included major roles on projects such as a £500m luxury hotel in London, the refurbishment of 5-star hotels, high-rise residential towers, and large-scale civil and landscaping schemes. Karen has worked with leading firms including Gleeds, McBains, Beadmans, and Gardiner & Theobald, leading commercial management from cost planning to final account settlement, always with a focus on risk management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
Known for her ability to simplify complex contractual matters and protect clients’ commercial positions, Karen is also highly experienced in dispute resolution, change management, and overseeing contract administration on both JCT and Construction Management agreements. She has also led small commercial teams, bringing both leadership and mentoring to the next generation of surveyors.

As the Supply Chain Operations Manager at Ginjo Construction, Sabahat optimises supply chain processes to ensure the efficient flow of materials, resources, and information for seamless project execution. With an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a Master’s in International Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain
Management from the University of Essex, she brings expertise in strategic, planning, procurement, and operational efficiency to drive business performance.
Sabahat has a passion for solving complex supply chain challenges, improving workflows, and delivering cost-effective solutions. Her experience spans end-to-end supply chain management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. As a Graduate Member of CILT, she is committed to continuous professional development and staying ahead of industry trends.
Sabahat is also Ginjo’s Focal Point for the UK Green Building Council
(UKGBC), where she works to advance sustainability initiatives and green building practices.

Mrunali is a skilled Junior Quantity Surveyor at Ginjo, supporting our commercial delivery teams with cost management, contract administration, and risk assessment across projects.
With a background in civil engineering and quantity surveying, Mrunali has contributed to major infrastructure schemes, including the record-setting 39.69 km bitumen laying project and the ₹4.56 billion National Highway programme in India.
Educated at Heriot-Watt University and Savitribai Phule University, she brings both technical capability and hands-on project experience. Her additional experience in the UK hospitality sector has strengthened her adaptability, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving skills — ensuring she delivers value-driven solutions with efficiency and attention to detail.
